The history of Klaremelk goes back to the 1960s. At that time, (grand)father Hendrik Klarenbeek, then a baker by profession, decided to make calf milk powder himself, because of penchant for calves and his extensive knowledge of high quality ingredients, to switch his production into calves nutrition. He combined his knowledge of high-quality nutrition with a great love for calves. This was a great success! The company grew into a real family business that makes excellent feed for young animals.
Klaremelk is a versatile and well international oriented family business, with decades of specialized knowledge and knowhow in young animal nutrition. This extensive knowledge and practical experience of the past and today in combination with a unique selection of ingredients, advanced production processes are the foundation of our milk intelligence program. Its purpose is the maximum utilization of the genetic potential of the young animal, always respecting its welfare.
Before Klaremelk introduces new products and programs the company performs extensive research & development and testing on large own and contracted veal farms. This gives certainty, renewed insights, knowledge of innovation and last but not least, proven products and programs.
